All locations can book comprehensive dental care for new patient visits.
You can schedule a dentist visit with our Smile Makeover experts for both a general exam and cleaning, and for specialist appointments with our orthodontist, oral surgeon, and pediatric dentist!

When Are You Open?
Parklane Dental is open Monday through Saturday at all locations.
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00PM
We may be closed in observation of public holidays.
If we missed your call, we will return your calls when we can! Please call us during our business hours to book your dental appointment.
What If I have a Dental Emergency?
If you have pain or an emergency concern, we will make every attempt to accommodate you that day during clinical hours!
Patients book dentist appointments months ahead at Parklane Dental. Same-day visits and treatments are not guaranteed.
If you have a severe dental emergency or a dental accident, please see the urgent room or your nearby hospital for immediate medical assistance.
If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to call us! We’ll direct you to dental care you need.
How long is my Dentist Appointment?
Your appointment is tailored to your unique dental treatments and smile journey.
Please allow two hours for new dental patients for first time appointment!
We find that patients need time to discuss dental concerns and goals with my Smile Makeover experts. Some dental surgery visits may be longer, often up to 2 hours (such as for oral surgery with sedation dentistry).
Changes to Your Appointment Time
Late arrivals from earlier appointments and dental emergencies can cause delays in the day. If there is an unexpected delay from late arrivals and emergencies earlier, we will let you know!
What If I’m Going To Be Late?
If you will be late or need to reschedule, please call us! We are always just a phone call away!
Our doctors will do our best to welcome patients with late-arrival! If a patient is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically forfeited.
How do I change My Visit Time?
We understand that sometimes life can happen!
There can be sudden delays in a work meeting or a school pickup with a child.
To request a new time, please call at least two (2) days before the original appointment time. This helps us find the best time to take care of your dental needs!
