It’s Dr. Wesley Choi! Or simply, Dr. Wesley!
Dr. Wesley is excited to welcome you to the world’s only Hello Kitty and Gudetama dental experience at Parklane Dental! A Los Angeles native, he grew up with fond memories of sunny Southern California before returning from the East Coast to give back to the community he calls home.
Dr. Wesley strongly believes in creating authentic connections with young patients. He knows that when children feel happy and comfortable visiting Sanrio x Parklane Dental, they are more likely to build confidence and take an active role in caring for their smiles.

His Approach to Smile Design
As your board-certified pediatric dentist, his focus is creating positive, stress-free dental experiences that help children build healthy habits for life. He believes every child deserves a smile that is both healthy and happy, and his role is to guide families through each stage of their child’s growth.

his Education
After growing up in Los Angeles, he moved to New York to pursue his collegiate education. He earned his Bachelor of Science at Rochester Institute of Technology.
Staying in New York, he headed to the city to enroll for his dental degree at Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine in 2010. He fell in love with pediatric dentistry after seeing the powerful impact that strong, healthy teeth can have on a child’s confidence. He then proceeded to dive into his specialty with a pediatric dentistry residency at Yale University, College of Dental Medicine in 2014.

his Passion
He loves giving back to his community. Helping teach young kids the importance of healthy hygiene, he teaches preteen kids in local schools in Give Kids A Smile community program.
On top of volunteering, his hobby is to hit up new recipes at the kitchen. Outside the house, he enjoys playing tennis and golf, and is a full-fledge Madridista after falling in love with Real Madrid CF!
