Dental Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file your insurance claims to your dental insurance on your behalf. Please be aware that your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company.

You are responsible for your deductible, co-payment, and any portion of the fee not covered by your insurance plan. We will do our best to help you understand your benefits, but we recommend you contact your insurance company directly for the most accurate information.

When is payment due?

As we deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, payment is due at the visit when treatment is done unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 

Are there monthly payment plan or other options?

We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be arranged before treatment begins.

Who is responsible for payment?

The patient is fully responsible for all treatment fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. For your convenience, our office will prepare your statements for your visit. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. 

What if I have a question about my bill?

How long does dental insurance take to respond to insurance claims?

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
