Patient Billing

We accept cash, VISA card, and MasterCard.

As we deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, payment is due at the visit when treatment is done unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If you have questions regarding your account, give us a call at 626-445-3388 (Arcadia, CA), or at 626.247.4788 (Temple City, CA). Frequently, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings!

Patient’s Responsibility

Remember, you are fully responsible for all treatment fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

For your convenience, our office will prepare your statements for your visit. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be arranged before treatment begins.

CareCredit

CareCredit is available as no-interest payment plan. 

This allows you to pay over a period of time with no interest. This plan is offered as a convenient, flexible, low-monthly payment option.
