her Education
Dr. He grew up locally and is a proud Arcadia High School Apache. Graduating with flying colors, she then went on to University of California, Berkeley where she earned a double major in Molecular Cell Biology and Physiology. She attended University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where she was awarded the prestigious Dean’s Scholarship based on academic excellence and volunteering.
She furthered her training by completing in Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at University of the Pacific, with focus on implantology and cosmetic dentistry including Invisalign.
Prior to relocating back to her hometown Arcadia, Dr. He practiced in Houston and served as a clinical faculty at the University of Texas School of Dentistry. Her focus was complex dentistry, where she enjoyed teaching senior dental students and dental residents!
As a smile expert, Dr. He is a certified specialist in improving and completing their smile with a variety of expert dental treatments including Bioclear, gum filler, dental bonding, and dental veneers.
her Passion
Having been in clinical practice since 2007, Dr. Mary He continually seeking new knowledge and furthering her skills and passion. Dr. He has been trained by Dr. John Kois at the world-renowned Kois Institute in Seattle for Advanced Dentistry. The Kois Center teaches top dentists from around the world the latest in dental research and science.
She is also an active member of the America Academy of Clear Aligners, where innovation and implementation of Invisalign’s cutting edge technology take place. On a community level, she actively participates in Spears Dental Education study club and presents peer-to-peer case reviews.
When she is not busy creating new smiles, Dr. He loves going on trips with her family! Traveling throughout Europe and immersing herself in the magnificent architecture and artwork is what gives her inspiration for her next smile makeover.
