Thank you for keeping your facemask on!
As our community is opening up, it is important to keep our patients safe and updated on our enhanced protocols before your upcoming visit!
Per state health protocol, visitors must wear a facemask in healthcare settings, even if you are fully vaccinated. In compliance as a medical facility, Parklane Dental continues to follow the latest CDC facemask protocol for healthcare settings.
Patient Safety for Kids!
Our wellness station checks the temperature of all our patients and team members everyday! If you are feeling sick, rest is a must. Give us a call, and let’s move your visit to when you feel better!

(November 23, 2020)
With the holidays coming up, it’s the perfect time to touch up your smile! Our dental team wants to extend our cosmetic treatment to the comforts of your home. Our Take-Home Whitening Kit comes with an exclusive dental case to keep you safe in your future travels or at home.
As the year is coming to an end, our patients are scheduling their last visits of the year to take advantage of their expiring 2020 insurance benefits. Our locations are closed for the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weekends, when our dental team will take extra precaution with our regular holiday cleaning sessions before your return.
Our Insurance Specialists are here to answer any questions. As always, practice physical distancing, wear a facemask and wash your hands thoroughly during the upcoming holiday celebrations. Stay safe!

How We’re Keeping You Safe From COVID
(June 2, 2020)
Dear patients and fans,
Parklane Dental wishes you and your family safety and health! We have promised to closely monitor the evolving situation as part of our response to COVID and update you through our weekly open letters to our patients.
As always, our number one priority is protecting the well-being of our patients and team members. After many patients have expressed their appreciation for our proactive steps from our last email, we want to continue addressing our patients’ concerns on how we have kept you safe since our reopening.
Check out our new machines! Improving on our top-notch infection control, we have enlisted the latest technology to help our increased cleaning frequency and intensity of commonly touched surfaces in patient areas.
- Electrostatic Mist Sprayers: Our team is excited to use this hi-tech machine to break up medical-grade disinfectant liquid and disperse them onto whole surfaces for disinfection of the entire area.
- H13 HEPA Air Purifier: We installed this air filtration system in all patient areas and operatory rooms to constantly clean and purify the air, so you can breathe easy during treatment.
- UV Light Sterilizer: In addition to our high standards of chemical and ultrasonic sterilization methods, our team will further sterilize and disinfect all pens and office tools with an UV germicidal irradiation machine.
In our last email, we shared specific details of six areas in our disinfection protocols where we enhanced with hygiene etiquette and physical distancing. Your check-in process at your next visit might involve a few more steps, but your dental team at Parklane Dental sincerely thank you for helping us keep a safe and clean environment at Parklane Dental.
- Patient areas: After removing reading materials and toys, we increased spacing between seating and installed sneeze guards in the lobby. Patients can leave your cellphone number, and we’ll gladly call you when your appointment is ready.
- Appointment rooms: In addition to our existing first-rate standards of medical-grade sterilization, our dental teams are using disposable sleeves and barriers for every patient. Please allow us enough time for enhanced disinfection between patients.
- Visitors: All patients and team members will be asked screening questions and your temperature will be measured with an infrared reader in compliance with dental board guidelines. All pens, computers, and signing pads are wiped after every appointment.
- Team members: Newly sterilized personal protective equipment (PPE) are used for every patient appointment to reduce cross contamination. The Parklane Dental team regularly reviews training in PPE usage, along with full scrub, facemask, and faceshields.
We’d like to encourage you to reach out to us. Parklane Dental is built on community, and we rely on our patients and fans for feedback on how we can best serve your dental needs. This topic of enhanced disinfection protocols is no different. Please feel free to share your thoughts and any ideas with us at 626.445.3388 (Arcadia, CA) or 626.247.4788 (Temple City, CA)!
Parklane Dental is ready to welcome new and returning patients, and we can’t wait to see you at your next visit!
