Meet Dr Salsbury

Orthodontist : Richard Salsbury, D.D.S
 
 
Dr. Salsbury is a specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.  He is a 1971 graduate of the University of Pacific Dental School.  That year he received the Annual Award from the American Society of Dentistry for Children for excellence and proficiency in the field of Children's dentistry. He practiced general and children's dentistry for 3 years before returning to the University of Pacific for graduate study of orthodontics and he completed his training in 1976.
 
As an orthodontic specialist in the early 1980's, he developed and promoted the "Anterior Orthodontic Alignment System" for general dentists.  He was granted by the State Board of Dental Examiners accreditation for this course.  Scores of dentists were trained to better care for their adult patients in the are of smile improvement.
 
In the pass 33 years, Dr. Salsbury has given beautiful smiles and occlusion to thousands of children and adults.  As a member of the Parklane Dental team, he works hard to render state of the art care to those that desire this fine service.  To date, he has successfully completed at least 7,000 cases.
 
Dr. Salsbury is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Pacific Coast of Orthodontics, Mid-American Orthodontic Society, and the American Dental Association.
 
Dr. Salsbury's goal is a high quality orthodontic result for children, teens, and adults, and is done in a friendly and gentle manner.
